  3. This program, when installed has work entitled "The Complete State" built into it. Whenever you boot your computer it will display a new DIRECTIVE as a StartUpScreen.

  5. We hope you enjoy it and don't take it too seriously. (or maybe you should...:)
  6.  
  7. TO INSTALL:
  8.  
  9. Place the file "StartupScreen" in your system folder.
  10. Place the file "The Complete State" in the StartUpItems folder found in your system folder.
  11.  
  12. That's It.

  14. TO UNINSTALL:
  15. Throw out "The Complete State" and the StartupScreen.
  16.  
  17. NOTE:
  18. If you already have a StartupScreen this will replace it.  
  19. To save your StartupScreen change its name before running. (i.e. StartupScreen2).
  20. If you changed the name of your original one, change it back to "StartupScreen"
  21.
